1.       Soldering

ULTIMA-MINIROBO can control solder amount, heat capacity, and soldering time necessary for each soldering point. Heated N2 jet flow from the nozzle periphery realizes no generation of solder bridges and effectively improves through-hole-up soldering.

2.       Simplification of NC software creation

ULTIMA-MINIROBO enables simplified and speedy creation of NC data. The standard type provides a manual data input method or a manual teaching method to obtain desired flow nozzle motions. Teaching by phototube spot light is available as an optional extra type.

3.       No need for jigs

There are many choices of apical parts for the flow nozzle, being selected according to component layouts. This machine needs no pallets for tilted flow nor nozzles for surface flow, enabling you to economically achieve productive activities.
