UV Tape MUV9010PAR is a dicing tape of high isotropic Polyolefin backing which is coated by UV release type pressure- sensitive adhesive (PSA). It can fix dicing work strongly at dicing, and pick up chips easily by UV irradiation.
Suitable for dicing of Glass substrates (IRCF etc).
UV Tape Test method：
Adhesion: Measured at 20 min after applying and pressing tape to each adherent using a 2 kｇroller
rolled back and forth once. 90º peel, pulling speed: 300 mm/min
UV irradiation: High pressure mercury vapor lamp used. Irradiation was approximately 300mJ/cm2.
(Intensity: approximately 75 mW/cm2 x approximately 4 seconds at 365 nm)
